Currently, we have quite a bit of Halloween themed items. If you prefer these seasonal items, please leave a note. Considerations will be given if requested; limited availability.

**Additionally, one free tumble or small carving, will be chosen intuitively and included with each Confetti Scoop order.  

Unfortunately due to the Mystery aspect, no other requests will be taken on these scoops.

Please note, each item is hand-carved and could possibly show variation due to this process.

When it comes to any broken, damaged or chipped crystals you may receive in the mail, our refund policy states…

”Due to our crystal bundles or scoops containing more value than individual items, we will not offer refunds if any of the items, carvings, prizes, or scoop items come cracked or broken.”

With that said, please email us with any questions or concerns and we will respond to try to resolve the issue.  Possibly with a discount on any future purchases.
